GORILLAZ


Designing digital assets for GORILLAZ to be displayed a variety of social media and online platforms.  



Created a series of digital assets for GORILLAZ across Instagram, Spotify, and YouTube as part of their KONG campaign and the release of the “Saturnz Barz” music video featuring Popcaan. The brief was to translate GORILLAZ’s distinctive visual identity into fresh promotional content that could cut through across each platform.

On Instagram, I designed a mix of animated story slides and static grid posts that aligned with the gritty, surreal tone of the campaign. For Spotify, I developed looping canvas animations that echoed the video’s themes and visual motifs. YouTube required bold, dynamic thumbnails that captured attention quickly and stayed true to the world of GORILLAZ.

Throughout, I worked with an existing visual language while injecting new energy and adapting designs for each format. The process involved fast turnarounds, creative problem-solving, and maintaining visual consistency across a range of digital touchpoints.
